PURPOSE:To improve a service property, and also to improve a traffic rate of a call by reselecting an outgoing circuit again by a stored dial, even in case it is confirmed that an outgoing circuit selected once in accordance with a sender's dial is abnormal. CONSTITUTION:When a transmitting person 1 picks up a receiver, it is detected by a subscriber's circuit, and informed to a central control device 7. The device 7 selects an originating register trunk 3, and drives a channel network 2. When dialing of the transmitting person is completed, the device 7 determines an outgoing path, selects an outgoing trunk 5-1, and simultaneously outgoing path information is stored as a call data in a memory device 8. Also, the other station is started by connecting an outgoing sender trunk 4 and the trunk 5-1. In case a start completion signal and a selecting signal receiving preparation completion signal are not received normally even after a prescribed time has elapsed, a start of the other station is executed by selecting an outgoing trunk 5-2 basing on dial information stored in the device 8.
