PURPOSE:To obtain compression molding stock with excellent moldability and strength by a structure wherein bag-shape high fiber density layers with matrix of thermoplastic resin are arranged on the outer peripheral surface, innter peripheral surface and the like of a thermoplastic resin section such as of circular cylinder, circular prism or the like. CONSTITUTION:Stock 3 consists of a bottomed cylindrical short fiber containing part 3a, the interior of which is made of matrix of thermoplastic plastic, and a high fiber density layer 3b, which is composed of long fiber cylindrical-knitted fabric 1, bag-shape long fiber circular-knitted fabric 2 and the like with the matrix of said plastic and arranged on the outer periphery of the short fiber containing part 3a. Stock 4 consists of a bottomed cylindrical short fiber containing part 4a, the interior of which is made of matrix of thermoplastic plastic, and high density layers 4b are 4c, which are composed of long fiber cylindrical- knitted fabric 1, bag-shape long fiber circular-knitted fabric 2 and the like with the matrix of resin having he quality same as that of said plastic and arranged on the inner and outer peripheries of the short fiber containing part 4a. |
