PURPOSE:To always obtain a stable picture having a high resolution by using a developer consisting of a specified insulating magnetic toner powder brought to a heat treatment in a floating state, a fine particle of a metallic oxide, a specified metallic salt of fatty acid, etc., and also, using a urethane rubber for a cleaning blade. CONSTITUTION:A development is executed by using a developer constituted by mixing an insulating magnetic toner powder containing 10-80wt% particle having 1-10mum particle diameter, which has been brought to a heat treatment in a floating state, a fine particle of a metallic oxide, and a metallic salt of fatty acid whose number of carbon atoms is >=16, and cleaning is executed by using a cleaning blade made of urethane rubber. As for such a developer, its fluidity and non-coagulating property are high, its developing peoperty and transfer property are excellent, also it does not damage the surface of an electrostatic charge image supporting body, and cleaning is executed easily. Also, a cleaning blade of urethane rubber has a good and stable physical property even in a low temperature area, therefore, a stable cleaning effect is obtained. In this way, a high quality picture, which has a high and distinct resolution and is a good visible picture, can always be obtained stably. |
