PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost by using a Nd-Pr-Tm alloy manufactured by reducing neodymium (Nd), praseodymium (Pr) and an oxide of a transition metal (Tm) through a molten-salt electrolytic process as a raw material for a rare earth magnet. CONSTITUTION:Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Zr are added to a Nd-Pr-Tm alloy manufactured by adding an oxide of a transition metal (Tm) to a mixture, in which each oxide of neodymium (Nd) and praseodymium (Pr) is not separated and the ratio of these mixture of Nd/Pr is made constant, and through a molten-salt electrolytic process to which crystal stone, etc. are added, and slight Nd and Fr for adjusting a composition are added lastly. The mixture is dissolved in an argon gas atmosphere, and a sheet is manufactured by using a twin roll. Epoxy resin is added and kneaded to a material obtained by crushing the sheet acquired, pressed in a magnetic field, and cured. Accordingly, a permanent magnet, cost thereof is low, can be obtained. |
