发明名称 APPARATUS FOR MEASURING STRAIN IN SHAPE STEEL MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To always measure a true strain quantity even if a guide frame is varied with the secular change by stretching a steel wire to a guide frame of a running measurement apparatus, detecting the deviation of the measurement apparatus during the running to correct the strain quantity of a material to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A measuring apparatus 4 for measuring a guide rail 1 of the material to be measured in a noncontacting state, and a steel wire measuring apparatus 11 for detecting the deviation of the frame 2 are provided to the guide frame 2, and both are provided slidably in the longitudinal direction of the frame 2. When measuring the strain quantity of the rail 1, a strain signal of a rotary encoder 35A of the apparatus 4 and a deviation data signal from the apparatus 11 are inputted to an operational processing device 13, and the strain quantity is corrected by the deviation quantity. Hence, the true strain quantity of the material to be measured can be always measured even if the frame 2 is varied with the secular change.
