PURPOSE:To obtain compression molding stock with excellent moldability by a structure wherein a bag-shape high fiber density layer, which is impregnated with no resin, is arranged on the outer peripheral surface, inner peripheral surface, bottom surface and the like of a section such as of bottomed circular cylinder, circular prism or the like formed tack-free of thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:Stock 3 consists of a bottomed cylindrical short fiber containing part 3a, the interior of which is made of matrix of plastic in semisolid state, and a high fiber density layer 3b, which is impregnated with no resin and composed of long fiber cylindrical-knitted fabric 1 and bag-shaped long fiber circular- knitted fabric 2 and arranged on the outer peripheral of the short fiber containing part 3a. Stock 4 consists of a bottomed cylindrical short fiber containing part 4a, in the interior of which is made of matrix of plastic in semisolid state, and high fiber density layers 4a and 4c, which is impregnated with no resin and composed of long fiber cylindrical-knitted fabric 1, bag-shape long fiber circular- knitted fabric 2 and the like and arranged on the outer and innner peripheries of the short time containing part 4a. |
