PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein a plurality of recesses and protrusions are provided on the surface of blades to increase the heat exchanging area greately in the heat exchanger equipped with a fan equipped with an impeller having blades of wavy thin plates. CONSTITUTION:The material of a blade 1 is craft-paper containing laminate film, the thickness of the blade is 0.1mm., number of sheets of the blade is 100 sheets in total and the height of the blade is 50mm.. The blade 1 is provided with a plurality of recesses and protrusions 13 on the surface thereof. The recesses and protrusions 13 are formed on respective inclined surfaces of the blade 1 so as to be long in the peripheral direction of the impeller. When the impeller 4 is rotated, air flows through the routes shown by arrow signs 15, 16 by the effect of air path constituted of a casing 5 and a separator 8. In this case, respective airflows, flowed into grooves 17, 18 on both surfaces of the blade 1, flow in parallel. Accordingly, highly efficient heat exchange may be effected through the surface of the blade 1. |
