<p>The burning of the particles is accelerated by a beater arrangement which consists of a rotor with beater arrangement. The sparks passing through the rotating beater arrangement are broken up and since the surface area of the particles is increased, this promotes burning. The gas flows through a cooling chamber to a cyclone separator and from this to the breaking up arrangement and thence to filters. Since the hot particles have lost their heat these filters are not subject to burning or heat damage.</p> |
