摘要

PURPOSE:To sharply reduce consumption of ink ribbons and to prevent decrease of printing speed by using a heat transfer film ink ribbon which has a first layer of ink provided on ink film base and a second layer of ink of a different color. CONSTITUTION:The first layer 5c of heat fusible ink of black color is applied on a base 5c such as polyester film to produce a film ink ribbon 5. On top of the above first layer heat fusible inks Y, M, C and white one for correction are applied successively in different color spots to form a second layer 5d. The properties of ink to make the first and second layers are to satisfy the following relation: The fusing temperature T1 of the first layer 5c is higher than the fusing temperature T2 of the second layer of ink. Printing control device 27 prints optional multicolors in conformance with the subtractive process.
