Next, when a drill, etc. is to be fitted, the box nut 29 is loosened to move the push rod 25 to the right via the energizing force of a spring 27, the coupling between the rotary shaft 12 and the worm wheel 16 is released, and the power transmission path is switched to a high-speed feed mechanism.
