A connection head for the supply of patients with respiratory air, comprising a connection each for supply and removal of air connected to a central cavity, a measurement nozzle and an adapter for a tracheal cannula, the central cavity between the connections for supply and removal of air having flattened sections and the adapter having a plane front face in order to reduce the dead space (Fig. 1).
