发明名称 INJECTION MOLDING METHOD TO BE FOLLOWED BY THERMAL CROSSLINKING REACTION OF RUBBER AND SYNTHETIC RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten time required for vulcanization, by making the titled rubber and synthetic resin injected into a molding cavity and vulcanize by raising a temperature up to a level through which a quantity of one injection can be vulcanized at desired short period of time at a breath while it is being run. CONSTITUTION:Volume of a flow path connecting between a reserve chamber and a molding cavity of a mold is made less than about 10% of a quantity of one injection of a raw material. Raw rubber supplied from a raw material hopper 3 is entered into an injection chamber by a predetermined quantity after it has been kneaded and plasticized within a plasticizing cylinder 1 and extruded through a nozzle 9. The raw rubber is kept at a predetermined temperature falling within a narrow range, wherein vulcanization is not generated at a short period of time, by a temperature adjusting device. Split molds 17, 18 are kept at a mold temperature which is about identical with a temperature, through which the raw material is made to arrive at vulcanization in a short period of time, by the temperature adjusting device. The raw material extruded through the nozzle 9 touches directly a thin plate heater stretched in the inside of a passage 24 while the raw material is passing through the passage 24 of the insides of a cavity structural bodies 12, 13 through a bushing 11, a temperature is raised up to about the mold temperature at a breath, rushes into a cavity 18' through a two-split depressed protrusions 16, 16' and cured rapidly through vulcanization.
