PURPOSE:To enable to constantly confirm a part being recorded and to prevent hands or the like from making contact with operating parts, by a method wherein a material obtained by providing an opaque thermal color forming layer on the back side of a transfer sheet is used as a thermal sheet for recording. CONSTITUTION:A rolled form thermal sheet 5 provided in the interior of the recorder is passed between a thermal head 8 and a transparent sheet presser 9 with the back side, i.e., the thermal color forming layer side directed downward, and measurement by a measuring device is started. The sheet 5 is fed out forward by a sheet-feeding roller 10, and a carriage 7 with the thermal head 8 mounted thereon is moved along a shaft 6 in the condition of pressing the head 8 against the sheet 5 in accordance with the result of measurement. Since the thermal head 8 is heated by passing an electric current thereto, the thermal color forming layer of the sheet 5 is made of form a color, the measurement result is recorded, and the recorded measurement result is confirmed from above through the transparent sheet (a base of the sheet 5) and the transparent sheet presser 9. |
