PURPOSE:To accurately control the phase by correcting an output voltage reference by the internal voltage drop of a power converter. CONSTITUTION:A main circuit of a power converter CV having unit converters A, B corrects by applying the energizing time voltage drop DELTAV of a pair of switching elements ignition-controlled at every time through a selector 10 for selecting a gate command to the elements to an adder 11, and algebrally adding the sum by an adder 12 as a correcting amount DELTAVc to the output voltage reference Vrs. A voltage regulation is controlled by a phase controller C on the basis of the output voltage reference Vrc after this correction. The selector 10 outputs a positive signal in an operation mode for supplying power from a power source to a load and a negative signal in an operation mode for regenerating to the power source. A voltage detector is provided at every thyristor at the correction time, the voltage drop DELTAV is detected to correct the output voltage reference at every thyristor. |
