摘要 In known industrial robot welding devices with a work-orientating device and an industrial robot for welding workpieces, the work-orientating device and the industrial robot have spatially separate system components. This necessitates a large floor space for the system as well as close tolerances of motion and complicated control coordination between the components. To eliminate these disadvantages it is proposed that the industrial robot be directly fastened to the work-orientating device in such a way that it moves along with the latter during all pivoting movements about the orientation axes.
