发明名称 Induktionsrotor mit Permanentmagneten fuer eine elektrische Maschine
摘要 1,171,858. Cores for dynamo electric machines. J. L. GRATZMULLER. 4 April, 1967 [4 April, 1966], No. 15367/67. Heading H2A. A permanently magnetized rotor for a dynamo electric machine comprises two coaxial pole plates 2, 4 having peripheral poles 18, 18<SP>1</SP>; 20, 20<SP>1</SP>, which are assembled together with an intermediate non-magnetic spacer ring 10 to form a chamber which is filled by a plurality of permanent magnet bars 22 disposed side-byside with their axial ends touching the pole plates. The magnets are of sintered Alnico or ferrite material and can be of circular or polygonal cross-section. The magnets can be stuck to the pole plates with an epoxy resin adhesive and the whole assembly encapsulated. A plurality of pole plates may be used with magnets housed between each pair, Figs. 3-6 (not shown) and preferably the number of pole plates is odd so that the polarity at the ends of the machine is the same. A shaft can be attached to the outer end of one pole plate or a through shaft may be provided.
