PURPOSE:To produce a fuel cell power generation system of remarkably high reliability by controlling the opening of an air flow rate control valve by using the deviation of the air flow rate to correct the value for commanding the air flow rate. CONSTITUTION:When the total pressure of an air supply system is decreased by some cause during load operation, a valve 18 for controlling the pressure difference of the system gradually closes so that the actual pressure difference of the system is maintained at an intended level. When the pressure difference of the system can not be maintained at the intended level even by fully closing the valve 18, the pressure difference level determined by a pressure difference detector 100 becomes lower than the intended level and therefore the deviation signal from an adder 102 becomes a negative value. As the result, the negative deviation signal is converted into a negative air flow rate signal which is then added to an adder 105 before a negative deviation signal from the adder 105 is delivered to a controller 107 thereby increasing the pressure of the upstream of an air flow rate control valve. Accordingly, it is possible to recover the pressure difference of the system to either an intended level 101 or a level close to the level 101. |
