PURPOSE:To enable to mount a cylindrical coil on a rotor shaft without eccentricity by inserting a supporting disc into a coil unit and securing the end of the coil to the projection of the disc. CONSTITUTION:A supporting disc 10 is inserted into a cylindrical coil unit 13, the upper surface is contacted with the lower surfaces of the ends 15 of six coils, the projections 12 of the disc 10 are disposed radially outside of the ends 15 of the coil to position the coil unit 13 to the disc 10. The ends of the projections 12 are fusion-bonded in this state to secure the ends 15 to the disc 10. A commutator is mounted on the upper surface of the disc 10, and coil leads led from the ends 15 are connected to risers of commutator segments. |
