PURPOSE:To prevent a field coil from dropping from a pole core by associating the coil with a pole core, bending to form it in an arcuate shape, then associating to fix it to a yoke. CONSTITUTION:A field coil 1 is bent and formed in an arcuate shape along the curved surface 3b of a collar 3a of a pole core 3 by inserting and pressing between a pair of pressing dies 5 and 6 of recess and raised shapes in the state that the coil 1 is inserted into the boss 3c of the core 3. Then, the other periphery of the core 3 is secured by welding to the inner periphery of a cylindrical yoke 7. Thus, since the core 3 prevents from dropping from the coil 1 at the transportation time and the associating work with the yoke 7, the associating property can be improved. |
