PURPOSE:To correctly align an instruction value of flow to the actual flow, by regulating a gain and a modulation degree of an input signal to a pulse width modulator circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pulse width modulator circuit A changes a pulse width of signals e5, e2 corresponding to a change of voltage of a signal e1. Then the pulse width of the signals e5, e2 for the signal e1 in the range of equal change can be generally reduced if a variable resistor 30 is adjusted. While the signal e1, being a signal obtained at the sliding end of a variable resistor 16, provides the relation where e1=eoK(K<=1), and an upper limit of the signal e1 largely changes if K is changed by adjusting the variable resistor 16. In this way, an instruction value of flow can be correctly aligned to the actual flow in no relation to a characteristic error of an electromagnetic pump. |
