PURPOSE:To balance a flow rate of cooling medium and improve pre-cooling performance by providing a diffusion plate to diffuse the coolant medium introduced between the spacers provided near a cooling medium introducing port. CONSTITUTION:A diffusion plate 10 is affixed to the spacer near a helium introducing port 5 by inserting the groove of spacer 3 to a guide. Thereby, the helium gas for cooling entering from the helium introducing port 5 is once diverged in the helium diffusion chamber formed by the spacer 3, diffusion plate 10 and internal wall of container 2, then flows as indicated by the arrow mark, cooling the coil. Therefore, the flow rate of helium gas is balanced uniformly pre-cooling the coil. Therefore, the pre-cooling performance is improved and the coil itself is superior in cost, weight and size, resulting in the compact appearance. |
