PURPOSE:To obtain a pre-fabricated ceiling whose surface coating is thicker than that of a normal ceiling and is provided with both sufficient thermally- adhesive property and sufficient corrosion-proof property by thermally adhering a surface sheet, which is shaped by vacuum forming so as to be closely fit on a frame, and said surface sheet is fused to a frame powder coated with plastics. CONSTITUTION:A rolled surface sheet 1 prepared by laminating foarming polyethylene 1b on a polyvinyl chloride sheet 1a is unrolled, carried between heaters 2 and 2 and then shaped by vacuum forming using metal molds 3 and 4 so as to have a recess which can be fit to the shape of a roof, whereby providing a formed surface sheet 5. An iron-core frame 6 having a part which can be fit to the form of the recess on the roof is heated and coated with polyethylene powder 7 onto the surface thereof to make a surface coating. When the surface sheet 5 is placed on the frame 6 and then subjected to hot press, the sheet 5 is fused thereon. After cooled down, the surface sheet 5 and the frame 6 are stuck to each other to form a fabricated ceiling 9. |
