PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency by integrally forming by gas cutting a rotor core via a thick steel plate material. CONSTITUTION:A pole core 22 which has a thickness T and a diameter phiD is obtained by integrally forming a thick steel plate by gas fusion-cutting in the prescribed shape. Then are laminated directly on a shaft 3 and assembled. According to this manufacturing method, a high class pulling tool, a large capacity press and a strong laminating plate compressor, a rivet calking unit can be eliminated. Further, even when the front shape and size of the pole are improved and designed for modification, the shape board may be rewritten, thereby reducing the cost. |
