PURPOSE:To improve the pressure resistant cycle by forming at least one glass winding layer on the outermost layer of a round enameled wire used for a conductor strand. CONSTITUTION:A conductor strand 2 of a coil conductor is contained in a slot 1a formed on a core 1, a slot cell 3 is inserted between the inner wall of the slots 1a and the strand 2, and a middle separator 4 is interposed betweeen the upper coil and the lower coil of the strand 2. An esterimide enameled layer 6a having approx. 50mum of thickness is coated on the strand 2, and a round enameled wire on which a double glass winding layer 7 having 0.25mm. of thickness of glass fiber winding layer is coated, is used on the outer periphery of the layer 6a. Thus, a microcrack of the enameled layer which occurs due to the stress of the deep pressure applied to the coil wire can be prevented, thereby enhancing the reliability of the strand insulator. |
