<p>Two sprockets-timed carrier arms consecutively hold a workpiece, between a supply chute and a take-off conveyor. Cams control each arm angularly. Workpiece transference coincides with arms' alignment. A collecting arm (22) accepts a workpiece (6). A main shaft (19) rotates a cam (18 and a pick-off arm (7), anticlockwise. A cam (18) follower (17) linkage (14, 13) rotates the collecting arm, with radial length and alignment setting (24, 23). A follower (37), rotating around a fixed cam (38), orientates the pick-off arm. The workpiece is magnetically picked off on the arms' alignment line joining the arm shafts' (11, 19) centres. Ejector pins push the workpiece into take-off chain (3) lugs (4) slots (5).</p> |
