PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy of a material to be worked in the case of using plural pieces of supports in combination by fixing the supports intended for passing through of cutting smoke, auxiliary gas, etc. for the large- sized material to be worked by means of positioning members for the material. CONSTITUTION:Supports 11, 11' of material to be worked, etc. consisting of honeycomb-shaped Al materials, etc. are inserted into a frame 12 and are screwed 16 and pressed to the base of the frame 12 by freshly provided keep plates 14, 15. Springs 17 are used to absorb errors of the supports 11, 11', etc. with respect to the frame 12 and any spring which presses the support 11 by providing the size h' approximately the same as the error h between the support 11 and the frame 12 is usable. The plates 14, 15 are easily positioned by bringing the same into contact with surfaces F2, F2' and setting the plates in the stage of working the fabric-like material to be worked or standard size iron plate. The positional relation between the top surface of the material 6 and the focus 5 of the laser is thus set with high accuracy. |
