<p>PURPOSE:To prevent pollution caused by the discharge of a scrubbing solution by substantially eliminating the discharge thereof and to contrive to conserve water used, in a wet treatment apparatus using the scrubbing solution of exhaust gas while recirculating the same, by providing a means for filtering a part of a scrubbing solution subjected to scrubbing and reutilizing the solution. CONSTITUTION:For example, a precoat filter machine 11 is provided to a wet treating apparatus as a filter means. Exhaust gas is sent into an apparatus main body 2 from an introducing port 1 and brought into contact with a scrubbing solution flowed out from a water sprinkling pipe 3 in this main body 2 to remove dust contained in the gas and to dissolve noxious gas while the treated exhaust gas is discharged to the open air from the top part of the main body 2. The scrubbing solution subjected to the scrubbing of exhaust gas is stored in the water tank 7 provided at the bottom part of the main body 2 and a part thereof is recirculated to the pipe 3 by a pump 8 for reuse. The level of the scrubbing solution in the tank 7 is kept always constant by replenishing water and a part of said scrubbing solution is taken out to be sent to the filter machine 1 where suspended solid components in the solution are mainly removed while the filtrate is returned to the tank 7.</p> |
