PURPOSE:To obtain a corrected copy image of good quality and make corrections in detail accurately and freely by sucking and removing untransferred toner from a drum. CONSTITUTION:A correcting device 30 consists of a main body 31 slidable in the axial direction of the drum 1 and a suction port 32. The suction port 32 faces the surface of the drum 1 at a specific interval and is linked with a suction source through a rubber tube 33. The main body 31 is provided on a screw rod 35 and slides on an L-shaped guide 34 as shown by an arrow when the screw shaft 35 is rotated by rotating a knob 37 as shown by an arrow. When a toner image on the drum 1 reaches the suction port 32 in correction mode, the image is sucked and removed through the suction pipe 33. |
