<p>PURPOSE:To clear and to recognize the summary of a message in a short time by providing an index table which records and stores an index item regarding the message by every message in a voice mail-box and a message table which records the message by every index item. CONSTITUTION:When a message reception means 321 receives an incoming call from a caller, it connects a transmission channel to a voice guiding means 322 and prepares a code 311 which represents a storing area. After that, the means 321 connects a receiving channel from the caller to an index recording means 323 and a message recording means 324 by an indication from the voice guiding means 322 and assigns the storing area by the code 311 above stated and also, receives the index item and the content of the message respectively from the caller. According to the indication from the message reception means 321, the voice guiding means 322, when a call from the caller is received, guides that the receiver is registered to a voicemail service for the first and next, guides in voice to talk the content of the message after inquiring the index item.</p> |
