PURPOSE:To attain a quick and accurate indication to the operator by adding a device displaying position information to a radio telephony exchange system having a position identification function, adding an translating device converting the position information into additional information and displaying the position information and further the additional information in matching with terminal device identification information. CONSTITUTION:A terminal device in a car 50 transmits a call signal 21 added with terminal device identification information from a calling operation of a driver and reports it as an emergency call to a car telephone exchange 31 via a transceiver 11. The exchange 31 interrupts the terminal device information and the corresponding service area information 46 to a translator controller 45 at a center 41 through a data circuit 44. The translation controller 45 translates received service area information 46 into additional information from translation data provided in advance. The operator of the center 41 can recognize an event, an accident or a fire from the output information of a printer 47 while talking with the driver of the car 50 via the transceiver 11, the exchange 31 and an attendant board 43. |
