<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the adverse influence of CaCl2 by immobilizing HCl as NaCl, by adding CaCO3 and an Na-compound to an absorbing tower in an amount corresponding to SO2-concn. and HCl-concn. in coal burned waste gas to perform the treatment of waste gas. CONSTITUTION:The SO2-concn. and HCl-concn. in coal burned waste gas passing through a flue 2 are detected by a detecting apparatus 3 and an Na-compound corresponding to an HCl inflow amount and CaCO3 adsorbent corresponding to an SO2 inflow amount are added to the tank 7 of an absorbing tower 4 from lines 5, 6 and recirculated by a pump 8. Crystals of CaSO3 and CaSO4 and a dissolved component of NaCl are formed in the tank 7. A slurry is withdrawn to a separator 11 from the tank 7 so as to correspond to mass balance and the crystals of Ca-compounds are taken out from a line 12. The filtrate is sent to an adsorbent tank 14 when CaCO3 is supplied from a line 15 to prepare a slurry which is, in turn, sent to the absorbing tower 4. Furthermore, purified gas is discharged from the absorbing tower 4.</p> |
