PURPOSE:To make a device compact and improve the operability by switching the fixing capability to fixing possibility if a fixed ejected paper is selected and switching it to fixing impossibility if an unfixed ejected paper is selected and providing a carrying-in mechanism which carries erased and corrected unfixed forms into a fixing device. CONSTITUTION:If a fixed ejected paper switch 18 is turned on in accordance with a processing program in a CPU10, a command which sets the speed of a fixing carrying motor 22 to a fixable speed is outputted to a speed control circuit 23, and meanwhile, an infrared heater 7 and a fan 9 are so controlled that the temperature is kept within a fixable range. If an unfixed ejected paper switch 19 is turned on, the speed of the fixing carrying motor 22 is controlled to an unfixable high speed, and power supply to the infrared heater 7 is turned off, and power supply to a motor 17 for the fan is turned on. A carrying part of the carrying-in mechanism is so constituted that it can pulled out to the front of device, and corrected unfixed forms are carried into the fixing device again and are fixed. Thus, the device is made compact, and the operability is improved. |
