PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a special terminal for selecting functions by selecting one of a plurality of functions in response to the duration of reset signals. CONSTITUTION:A first function circuit 1 outputting signals A and a second function circuit 3 outputting signals B are formed, either of these function circuits 1, 3 is selected in response to the length of the duration of reset signals transmitted from a reset terminal (RESET) 5, and the signals are outputted from an output terminal (PINA) for the function circuit selected. The reset signals transmitted over the reset terminal 5 are supplied by a negative logic. That is, the second function circuit 3 is selected when the reset signals transmitted over the reset terminal 5 are supplied for a prolonged time longer than the predetermined duration, but the first function circuit 1 is selected when the reset signals are supplied for a time shorter than predetermined duration. |
