<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a load on a processor and thereby to prevent the positional shift of a print by a system wherein a monostable multivibrator is triggered by a timer which starts after the completion of data edition for printing. CONSTITUTION:After completing data edition for printing, CPU1 makes a timer 2 start, and then makes it generate an interruption To time before the start of printing. In response to this interruption, a print routine determins a printing mode, and either of monostable multivibrator 5 and 6 is selected by an output from a select terminal of CPU1. In response to the following interruption, either of said multivibrators starts running to turn a heating resistor head 15 ON, while latching the data set previously in a shift register 10 by a latch signal from a flip-flop 3, so as to generate printing data. Since the heating resistor head 15 is turned ON and OFF by the timer 2 and the monostable multivibrators 5 and 6, the turning operation is performed irrespective of any other interruptions.</p> |
