PURPOSE:To enable a constant use in the optimum condition to meet various environmental conditions among customers by selecting a set solvent replenishment data detecting the ambient temperature of a recorder with a temperature sensor to control the solvent replenishment according to temperature changes. CONSTITUTION:Temperature detected with a temperature sensor 21 is outputted as a voltage value and converted into a digital data with an A/D converter 22. The data is stored temporarily into a input buffer 23 is brought in according to the processing timing of the main controller 24, which computes and converts the data of the input buffer 23 into temperature data to decide on the opening time data for a solvent replenishing solenoid valve 27 previously memorized in a memory 26 and opens the solvent replenishing solenoid valve 27 through an I/O port 25. Thus, for example, setting a solvent replenishment control data on a memory element beforehand facilitates the setting of the optimum data according to the solvent volatiling characteristic of ink used. |
