PURPOSE:To enable to perform low input combustion and to reduce a cost, by a method wherein, in a gas proportional type combustion device, a required amount of gas is intermittently fed and a feed internal and a ratio of a gas feed time to a gas stop time are varied according to the required amount to gas. CONSTITUTION:Through switching ON of an operation switch 14 of a controller 13, a first electromagnetic valve 7 is opened to conduct ignition. A temperature C of feed hot water, a set temperature, and a gas amount computed according to proportional gain are added to a set temperature set by a temperature set part 15, temperature B, a water amount A, and a gas amount compouted according to the thermal efficiency of a burner 2 to determine a final necessary gas amount, and a pulse signal D is sent to a second electromagnetic valve 9. The second electromagnetic valve 9 repeats an opening and a closing action at a pulse interval. Fuel gas is intermittently fed to the burner 2 through a gas feed line 1. The combustion gas is intermittently burnt, and a heat exchanger 4 is heated with the quantity of heat responding to an intermittent interval and a ratio of a gas feed time to a gas stop time. |
