PURPOSE:To improve the anti-water permeability while recuding variations in physical properties with a larger compressive hardness by arranging a foaming body composing a container to have such a crystal structure that a high temperature heat absorption peak appears in a DSC curve. CONSTITUTION:In a non-crosslinked polypropylene based resin foam container, a foaming body composing the container has such a crystal structure that the expansion ratio is 5-20 times and the high temperature heat absorption peak appear on the higher temperature side than the intrinsic heat absorption peak of base resin of the forming body in a DSC curve obtained from the measurement of differential scanning heat of the foaming body. As for this foaming container, a foaming particle comprising an ethylene-propylene random copolymer composed of 90-98wt% of propylene component and 10-2wt% of ethylene component is preferably used in improving the moldability of the foaming particle and physical properties of the container. In this manner, the foaming body composing the container demonstrates a high anti-water permeability excelling the meltability of the foaming particle with a large compressive hardness by having the above-mentioned crystal structure. |
