PURPOSE:To fit a spiral wire rod exactly and simply by holding spiral form of specified pitch of a metallic thin wire making a stringlike body prepared mainly of a material soluble in a specified solvent or a composite stringlike body with a metallic wire rod etc. a spiral holding body. CONSTITUTION:A spiral wire rod 1 is wound at specified pitch on a spiral holding body 2 soluble in a specified solvent and held. The spiral holding body 2 is dissolved and removed by a specified solvent after completion of the object of spiral holding. As the spiral form of the spiral wire rod is held exactly by the holding body 2, handling and fitting of the wire rod become simple. Further, by winding the spiral wire rod 1 held by the spiral holding body 2 around a hollow metallic tube 3 etc. and dissolving and removing the holding body 2 after fitting, double spiral structure having exact pitch can be fitted very easily. By this way, handling and fitting of a spiral wire rod become simple and correct. |
