PURPOSE:To form a biaxially oriented film with an inveriably high profitability quickly adapting to changes in marketing conditions by combining more than one system of unstretched film manufacturing equipment with respect to one system of biaxially stretching equipment. CONSTITUTION:Two systems of unstretched film manufacturing equipment such as a single layer unstretched film manufacturing equipment and multilayer unstretched film manufacturing equipment are combined with one system of a biaxially stretching equipment. In this manner, more than one system of unstretched film manufacturing equipment are laid out with respect to one system of biaxially stretching equipment which requires a large equipment cost and floor installation area. When the type and brand of the film is changed, most of work involved concentrates on the unstretched film production process. Therefore, the installation of unstretched film manufacturing equipment in more than one system makes the other system of the equipment ready for other type and brand while one system of equipment is used to produce a film of a certain type and brand thereby enabling the alteration of the type and brand freely with limited loss of time. |
