The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for treating haemorrhoids and impotence which uses the effect of the concave constant magnetic field, the proteinogenic effect of titanium and the androgenic and anti-inflammatory effect of hypothermia. The apparatus is composed of a chair 1, a concave permanent magnet 2 or a concave coil supplied with direct current of low voltage, oriented with the south pole and the concavity towards the zenith; of a refrigeration source 3, of two pipes 4 and 5 which ensure refrigeration of a titanium tube 6, on which the patient seated astride with the affected area, is subjected to the action of the concave magnetic field, to the proteinogenic action of titanium, to the androgenic and anti-inflammatory action of the temperature of 10-25 DEG C. The process and the apparatus according to the invention are intended in particular for the treatment of haemorrhoids and impotence. <IMAGE>
