PURPOSE:To impart a high electric conductivity with a less filling rate of metal fiber by molding a composite synthetic resin mixed with magnetic metal fiber under an intense magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:When a composite conductive material containing a magnetic metal fiber is injected into a mold as molted, it is exposed to an intense magnetic field to give fiber a desired directivity. More chances are created to make fibers contact each other than any metal fiber with a random directivity to ensure a high conductivity. In addition, the use of carbon fiber, glass fiber or metal fiber for reinforcement can impart the fiber high rigidity simultaneously. The magnetic field, which is closely related to the melting temperature of a synthetic resin, should be enough in the intensity to secure the orientation of a metalized fiber in the unhardened resin and shall be above 5,000gaus, preferably above 20,000gaus. |
