摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a cutting work process, and to reduce the cost of the manufacture and assembly of a solar water heater by piercing a parison by using an inserting bar immediately before mold clamping after the parison is descended and molding a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A box 16, which can be retreated, is projected and mounted by a spring shaft 15 having a fulcrum on a plate 14 on a split mold 4, an inserting bar 7 or an inner-surface regulating bar 8 vertically moved by a cylinder mechanism 17 is fitted into the box, a parison is descended between split molds 4, 4' from a die 1, and the split molds 4, 4' are brought close and moved and hold- down plates 13, 13 are butted immediately before the split molds are butted and the parison is held and held down. The inserting bar 7, etc. are descended and intruded at that time, and the parison is mold-clamped. With the inner-surface regulating bar 8, a step expanding section 8a is formed on the base section side, and it gives the inner surface of the nose section of a nozzle 5' to be molded an inclined plane, a nose thereof is expanded, or a step expanded surface 5a. Accordingly, no post-working is needed after molding in the nozzle 5', and a part 9 for connection can be inserted and pressure-bonded.
