PURPOSE:To connect a tube and a connecting pipe positively at a branch point without dividing the tube by branching only a path for a heat exchange medium in the tube. CONSTITUTION:Both ends 1a, 1b of a zigzag bent and formed flat tube 1 are connected to a connecting pipe 4 for introducing a refrigerant, and a connecting pipe 5 for leading out the refrigerant is connected to a plurality of opening sections 1c communicating refrigerant paths 3 bored to the zigzag section of the tube 1 at approximately the intermediate section with the outside. For connect the connecting pipe 4 and the tube 1, one end 1a of the tube 1 is inserted to the notch 40 of a header section 4a, the other end 1b is inserted to a notch 41, and a cap 4b with the bottom is inserted to the header section 4a. For connect the connecting pipe 5 and the tube 1, the bent section 1d of the tube 1 to which an opening section 1c for leading out the refrigerant is bored is inserted to the notches 50, 51 of the header section 5a, and a cap 5b with the bottom is inserted. A solder material cladded to the connecting pipes 4, 5 is melted through heating, and each joining section is fast stuck without clearances. |
