The invention relates to the field of blinds with orientable slats. The blind according to the invention is essentially characterised in that each slat 11 is mounted on an assembly of at least two supports, the first support comprising a fixed foot 8 on its sole plate 5 and equipped with a first overhanging shaft 9 transverse to its rail 1, on which is pivotably mounted a slat carrier 10 connected to the tilt connecting rod, the second support comprising a foot 17 which is movable in rotation about a shaft 18 perpendicular to its sole plate 6 and a second overhanging shaft 19 of slat carrier 20, intended to be arranged in the extension A-A of the said first slat-carrier shaft, the foot 17 of the second support adapting to the desired position by rotation on its shaft perpendicular to its sole plate.
