PURPOSE:To make a terminal disposal ever so easy, by designing the peripheral edge of a welt curved part so as to cause it to contact a curved surface of a ledge part, while trmming a terminal of head lining in making a molding base of the curved surface a cutter guide. CONSTITUTION:A corner angular part 4 of a body opening part 1 constituted of a center pillar outer 3 and a roof side outer 2 is drawn and molded with large curvature along the form of an inner edge angular part 8 of a door sash corner part C. And a ledge part 11, which has a curved surface 12 contacting the peripheral edge of a welt 6 in an inner circumference along a bent base of a flange part 5, is molded stepwise on a car outside flange surface of the flange part 5 where the welt 6 of the corner angular part 4 is fitted, by means of embossing. |
