PURPOSE:To shear a working member like a sheet with high accuracy and good efficiency by shearing a die member like a sheet fixed onto a die plate by means of a punch and forming a die. CONSTITUTION:A die member 15 like a sheet consisting of plastic, etc. is adhered by means of an adhesive agent, etc. onto a die holder 3 pierced with a circular hole 5 of a lower die 1 of a shearing device consisting of the die 1 and an upper die 2 provided above said die so as to face the lower die. The die 2 is then lowered and a hole 15a is punched to the die member 15 by a punch 9 fitted to a punch plate 8. The die 15 having such hole 15a is used as a die and a working member 16 like a sheet consisting of plastic, etc. is placed thereon and is punched with a hole by the punch 9. The clearance between the hole 15a and the punch 9 is nearly zero, by which the generation of a burr is minimized and the formation of the die is easily accomplished. |
