PURPOSE:To obtain matte printing, antistatic and security protective properties, by a method wherein electrically-conductive powders are contained in a base film and, if necessary, the color of the base film is made similar to that of a hot-melt ink layer. CONSTITUTION:An electrically-conductive powder contained in a base film employs: the powder of a metal such as nickel, iron, copper, silver, aluminum, gold, cadmium, cobalt, chrome, magnesium, molybdenum, lead, palladium, platinum, rhodium, tin, tantalum, titanium, tungsten, zinc and zirconium, or an oxide of the aforesaid metal powder, or an electrically-conductive carbon such as carbon black and graphite. As a colorant, a colorant for making other various color in addition to cyanogen, magenta, yellow and black can also be used. Namely, a colorant such as a carbon black is selected from dyes or pigments of various kinds according to the color to provide to the base film, and is added to the base film. |
