PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noise by arranging a pressure transmission preventing member, onto a low-pressure side, in pair of a member for controlling the use of a cooler unit for rear seat which is not used in ordinary time, in an air conditioner for car. CONSTITUTION:The liquid coolant which passes through a condenser 4 and a receiver 5 from a variable-capacity compressor 2 is introduced into a front evaporator 3A through an expansion valve 6A, and introduced into a rear evaporator 3B through a solenoid valve 10 and an expansion valve 6B and converged through a buffle plate 11 and then recirculated. The capacity of the compressor 2 is controlled by a controller 8 on the basis of the signal of a temperature switch 7. The generation of abnormal noise due to the temporary bypassing of the high-pressure coolant to the low-pressure side is prevented by a buffle plate 11 as pressure transmission preventing member, in the case when the rear evaporator 3B is put into unused state by closing the solenoid valve 10, and the operation is switched from with a capacity of 100 to 50%. Thus, the uncomfortable feeling for passengers can be removed. |
