PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient DC/AC inverter which has less heat loss by detecting the variation in the voltage of a power source by a voltage comparator and controlling the voltage by the switching level difference due to the saturated voltage difference of a switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage of a battery 1 is high, the output of a voltage comparator 7 is compared with a reference voltage 6 to become a low level, the bases of switching transistors 10, 17 become a low level, and the emitters of switching transistors 12, 19 become a high level. Thus, switching transistors 12, 13 and 19, 20 operate as Darlington transistors by the switching signal of an oscillator 8, thereby driving a switching transistor 22. The switching level of the output stage at this time is determined by the saturated voltage of the transistors 12, 19 and the saturated voltages of the transistors 13, 20. |
