This brush is composed, on the one hand, of a body A comprising a transverse dish 2 which is connected in its central part to a dome 4 delimiting an inner cavity 3 in which project substantially vertical, transversely offset and, respectively, side-front and side-rear ribs 10 and 12 and, on the other hand, of a work element B which, capable of fitting into the dish 2 of the body A and of being fastened onto the latter, has at least one opening 17a-17b communicating with the cavity 3 of the dome and, on its dorsal part, at least one projection 16 which, capable of entering the cavity 3 of the dome 4 and the extension of the side-rear rib 12, has, at least locally, a curved face 20b capable of creating a vortex-type flow around an axial suction flow. <IMAGE>
